Control Systems
The eSys-SVC product family consists of four high-end control units with different configuration options. The ECUs were developed especially for the use in mobile machines and according to ISO 26262. The AUTOSAR-compliant software architecture allows scaling to different vehicle and platform variants. It takes system availability and system safety requirements into account and supports software transferability, sustainable use of natural resources and ease of maintenance throughout the entire product life cycle. Depending on the expansion stage, up to four CAN interfaces according to ISO 11898 and one LIN interface are integrated.
Furthermore up to 74 inputs and outputs and an acceleration sensor are available. A powerful 32-bit dual-core processor ensures sufficient performance. Both processors are separated from each other and ensure maximum redundancy and reliability. The controllers are certified for safety-critical applications up to Automotive Safety Integrity Level C (ASIL-C). The robust design and wide range of applications also offers numerous possibilities for use in mobile machines such as trucks and trailers, as well as construction, agricultural and special-purpose machines.
